TRAINING

The renovated the Whitin Mill will help Alternatives create a facility suitable for further training and education for all. The new Training and Conference Center will enable Alternatives to fulfill its commitment to provide close to 20,000 training hours per year to its dedicated workforce. In addition, the center will be available for use by other community groups and businesses. For the people we serve, we will offer employment assistance and readiness, counseling, placement, skills education and post-employment support.
