Alternatives' rich network of programs and services is located in 45 communities throughout Central Massachusetts. Some programs and services are in large cities and others in small towns. Our areas of operation include the Blackstone Valley, Fitchburg-Leominster, Greater Milford, Worcester, and Wrentham-Plainville.
